Q1: What materials are your chassis parts made of?
Our ball joints, tie rods, and control arms are manufactured from high-strength forged steel or ductile cast iron (QT500-7 / QT600-3) for the housings. The ball studs are heat-treated and induction-hardened (HRC 58-62). We use premium synthetic grease and dust boots made of HNBR or chloroprene rubber for excellent durability and contamination resistance.
Q2: Are these parts OEM quality or aftermarket?
We produce OEM-standard parts – meaning they meet original equipment specifications in terms of material, dimensions, and performance. Some customers also request budget aftermarket versions. Please tell us your target market and quality requirements, and we will recommend the right line.
Q3: Do you accept ODM/OEM customization?
Yes, we support OEM & ODM, including logo, packaging and part processing. MOQ and lead time depend on your requirements.
